Is there a reason why the pole lighting in the courtyard of apartments 400-500 and along the walk have not been repaired? They have been out for months a maintenance requests have been submitted but apparantly igniored?

Yeah, it's been 4+ months and they still haven't fixed the lights. The courtyard and parking lots are pitch black during the cold winter nights and it's a safety hazard. They'll continually ignore your concerns claiming an electrician is coming (for months?) but send you a warning email if you leave a chair outside to sit on.....

Hello, The Grand is working on a massive project to rewire and repair lighting all around the property. Because a lot of wiring is underground we have to wait for the ground to thaw in order to access the wiring. Rest assured that we are actively working on repairing exterior lighting.

We are currently experiencing lighting issues. We are working with electricians to repair the broken lights as soon as possible.
