I came here to get an ash caramel balayage but it came out golden instead. I had previous box dye the first time they told me that they were unable to do it and that they could only do a color correction but that the second time I came back they could. The second time I came it turned out way more golden/ yellow than I expected and they said the third time I came that it could be done. Not returning again they clearly cant do ash!

I asked to bring back my natural color without touching the roots, so I had the result I wanted and I'm satisfied by what Faith (the lady who took care of me), she did a good job, she was nice . I would like to add the teacher was also very knowledgeable and nice. I will be back .. Thank you guys. I liked my experience within Jean Madeleine Saloon.

I got a back treatment/brow service from Angelica A, at the Neshaminy location. She was amazing! Very nice and easy to talk too! The back treatment was very relaxing and will put you to sleep. She talked me through the whole process and explained everything she was using and why she was using it. I wasn’t sure if I wanted the back treatment at first but it was the best decision I’ve made! Then she waxed my eye brows. Every time when I get them done I always get red sore marks around the eye brow but that didn’t happen when Angelica did it. Overall it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend requesting Angelica for any treatment/service you need. 10/10!
