A/C’s been out for a little over two weeks. I bought two fans and even with the ceiling fans on its still 95+ degrees in my unit… Ive put in 5 service requests but from the looks of other reviews i see there must be a month minimum wait.

I’ve toured/lived in a lot of apartments in my life and the the atmosphere is defiantly a big factor when looking or living in apartments. I’ve had many rude or distance ones but Rocio was one of the nicest office person I’ve met, she was really informative and helpful when touring, as well as really sweet. Even if you’re just looking I’d definitely recommend stopping by to see and it’s overall a really nice apartment complex! :)

Rocio walked me through the apartment model they had available and she did an excellent job explaining the amenities and floor plan layout differences. Very thorough on pricing and what they check and what’s non refundable etc. It was a great time and she did show me a video of the floor plan I was interested in as well and offered me different floor plans to fit my needs as a tenant. The surrounding area seems nice as well so definitely a contender in my book

Since I’m looking for a new home as leases are coming to an end, Paige Was very helpful with answering all of my questions and had a very pleasant attitude! The reviews had me concerned but I can honestly say, she put my concerns at ease. By the way love your make up, and thanks for all your help Paige!!

It depends on the floor you live on and if your apartment is renovated because they offer both renovated and classic. For renovated hard floors it's gray. My carpet is a dark cream color, and my cabinets and fire place are painted grey. I've gotten alot of complements from company about the landscaping and pond, but the way it's ran isn't very impressive. your basically forced to pay for parking, even though it's supposed to be optional. They don't provide very many u covered parking and refuse to tear down the covered parking that is wore out, when half of the residents or more don't even want to pay for covered parking. So because most would rather just have normal parking, but less than half of the parking lot is actually uncovered, you're basically forced to pay for covered parking even if you don't necessarily want it unless you can find a place hidden in the grass or want your car towed.
This apartment complex does not include the cost of water in your rent amount. Water, sewage and trash is an added cost. Electric is solely on you.
Expect around 1000 to 1100
