Parking really sucks. There is more people than there are parking spaces. There have been a few times where I have had to park at another apartment complex and walk to my own apartment which isn’t safe. I really wish they would make more parking by expanding the parking lot somehow. Doesn’t even have to be covered parking but parking in general. That way I can actually park at my own complex.

Apartments are nice especially the outside areas but not for the picky people. My electric has went out a lot randomly and my shower used to leak but maintenance is great came to fix now my ceiling is leaking. Office don't usually answer but they are very kind. So far pretty nice and safe complex I feel like it could just use an upgrade the speed bumps to the right gate are really harsh especially being pregnant.

I Live Here and LOVE IT!!! The apartments are quiet and everyone minds their own business. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Maintenance staff stays on top of repairs when needed. I have referred a few DECENT people to live here.

I haven't lived here. However, I went online and scheduled to view the apartment complex during my lunch time. I was greeted at the door with a young lady who nodded her head up and said, "what's up?" Already setting the tone like I was bothering her she didn't didn't care about my appointment I had made online. I suggest people to stay away from this place. There is over 100 apartments in the Grand Prairie and Arlington. Go to a place who hires great people and want good people to live in their community.
