So since moving in 3 years ago we’ve dealt with roaches. But not as bad as they are now.They recently switched pest control companies and since the switch we’ve actually seen more roaches coming out. I’ve been a clean freak my whole life and just seeing these things run across the floor at night is terrifying!! Just tonight I went to my kitchen and I literally just killed 5 big roaches and then had to spray with bleach after.

I have enjoyed my time living here! Aide and Maria are always very helpful in regards to any questions or concerns I may have and are quick to getting things fixed! A couple of days ago I brought my friend to see if any units were available and Aide was very helpful and even took us to go see one of the floor plans! I definitely recommend renting here!

Wow María Aide and Yesenia and staff Your customer service is phenomenal and location is good too. This place is near the best church in the world I give thanks to Heavenly Father and Mother for allowing me to stay in such a nice neighbor hood

Heat and hot water out for 2 days, no compensation, no option for alternate residence, water, heat, etc. Maintenance staff more professional than the office staff. Office did not even offer an apology, man whatever happened to customer service. 2022 individuals .

None there is no shelter for your cars or trucks
Yes, they have 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apts. Not sure what's available, just have to call the office to find out. Hope this helps
You need password to enter laundry room and own quarters
They do but you can get a lower price across the street
