Knightvest is trash. They make cheap decisions for the apartment that affect the quality. Fake granite countertops come off onto pans; there hasn’t been hot water in almost two weeks; bugs in light fixtures; drip marks in paint on the walls. I haven’t ever had this many issues with a complex. Do yourself a favor and move on. Don’t rent from Knightvest.

Awesome management here!!! They get things done here. Anytime I've needed something done for my apartment I always can rely on them. They allowed my service animal here, and anytime you explain your situation they understand and try to help as much as they can. I'm from Cali, and trust me, this is the best complex I've been in. I plan on staying here until I can get my own home

I have been living at the Aria Apartment for three and a half years and the experience has been HORRIBLE ! We always have AC issues in the apartment ! When maintenance comes they only fix things temporarily and the front office NEVER answers the phone. What is the point of having a front office phone if it is never going to be answered. The apartment tub cracks and peels. You can see day light through the front door. Yes the rent is cheap but I am warning you do NOT come stay at these apartments.

Maintenance generally has to be at my apartment once a week. Something is always breaking down. It”s been very cold and the heat is only in one room of the apartment, the guest bedroom is freezing and nothing we’ve done works. The two stars is for the maintenance guy that’s always there to help grateful for him. Residents please inform your guest to make sure the tag is well displayed and cannot fall or else they will pay the towing fee, even with proof the tag is in the car…. Very disappointed in the change I have seen since I moved here 5 stars now 2…
