Worst ever! The team and corporation that was here previously were much better. They cared for people and treated people with kindness. The new company that has taken over has made everything a disaster. They do not fix anything, want you to send pictures of the things that needs to be fixed, have attitudes with you and mess up and act lost about like it’s not their fault. Horrible experience I live at this place and they still tow my car because the people in the office are not on top of their business.

these apartments have went down hill.. NOTHING ever gets fixed in time. trash is always every where and they went up on rent as if the have updated the property. there are alot of people over here feel the same way but say things and NOTHING change. They dont care about the people with BIG dogs or them picking up behind them.I have been here for 9 years and this is the worst time i have had. they dont let you talk to the head boss but i have had ENOUGH of that. WE me are taking it about RACHAEL because she is RUDE and will lot allow us to talk to her boss when there is a problem. I felt discriminated just l will NOT let this be the end.i believe the managers name i KEVIN that is who we are working to get to..i miss the old staff we never treated with rudeness. The water is off every other day for no reason. Our next step is calling the city since the corporate office ignores us.
