Good Afternoon, I have lived in this Appartment complex for 22 years. I have been around for many different companies who bought the apartments. In the last 7years the grass by my unit was nothing but dirt. NO grass, I requested sod to be added to the area around my unit by the new owners. I was promised that sod would be added. No!! it was never added. I spoke with the new apartment manager when I was in paying rent and she stated she was working on sod being added. I smiled 😃 and said ok. I did not believe her. WELL, LOWE AND BEHOLD, I arrived home a week ago and there was SOD. I was sooo excited. Then i was going to request the old large branches from the old trees around the parking lot to be cut back. I never had to ask. The management team saw there was a problem and took care of it. I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH!!! AWESOME NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!! 9-27-22 Hello today is March 26th and The Madrid Appartments has done another outstanding community event. Today they brought in a traveling BBQ food truck.
