Don't even bother reading the website or booking an appointment.. The bugs here are ridiculous. No matter how much I clean there's always something creeping. Like roaches, crickets, spiders, ants and fleas.. They also have raised their prices an insane amount, not worth it at all !

Always always always turning the water off for some reason and going days at a time before turning it back on. I’m sure there is some type of laws or rules that this goes against behavior especially since it happens so often! Tired of living here. Moving as soon as my lease is up.

Cassandra Ana Patty are awesome!! Especially Cassandra I’m not the easiest to deal with in stressful situations like a move but she handled me with care. The apartment is a little different then expected but I can live with it. My only concern is parking. It’s only been a couple days of living here so we will see. The beginning has been good.

Not a fake review, just a happy tenant! This apartment complex has been wonderful so far. Maintenance is very quick and comes and finishes within hours of a request. They are very polite and knowledgeable. The online portal to submit requests is also a breeze! The office staff is great and has been very responsive to any questions or concerns. Much like many apartments I have noticed a few bugs here and there. That is to be expected living with many people around you who may not keep their home tidy. However, I have seen pest control on the property and have personally had them spray in our apartment. Harmony is active to any issues that arise. The grass and other outdoor common areas such as the poor are kept beautiful. I am proud to give my friends and family a small tour of my apartment and speak highly of this complex. The price is great for the community, distance from stores and entertainment, and for an in unit wash and dryer! I have nothing but great things to say about The Harmony and their staff!!
