What an absolute blast my family and I had. The front desk and housekeeping were wonderful. My room was clean and the pools were such a hit on this trip. The playground was beautiful too. If you have kids, this is your spot. The pool is like a "Vegas" pool party at night for kids. If this is a romantic getaway.. I would seek elsewhere. Only complaint being the restaurant is still not open and I would have loved a cocktail so make sure you BYOB

I was very happy with our stay and the staff. This hotel was very kid friendly. Ignore the bad reviews because some people are never happy. This hotel is very family friendly at an affordable price. It is expected to have more noise and very busy pools at a family hotel. If you don't want that there are plenty of other options in the area. It's nice to have a hotel that caters to children and I will defiantly go again. My only complaint if I had to give one is for the price breakfast should be either a free continental breakfast or there should be more hot food options on the buffet for the price of the hotel room amd breakfast I just did not feel it was worth what I paid. (Breakfast not hotel)

This hotel never disappoints! By far our favorite place to stay when visiting North Conway. From the moment you pull up to the property, you can see how well maintained everything is. Their rooms are comfortable and well kept. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are a little on the small side, especially when you have little ones that still need help in there. We spent our entire 4 day stay by the pool area. Love it! Clean, warm water. Splash pad for the little kids. Hot tub. Playground. Ping Pong tables. Plenty of seating around the pool and by the fire. In the afternoons, the front desk brings out juices and cookies which is always fun. Every evening, there were kids activities on the lower level. Free ice cream, coloring, arts and crafts, movie night. The hotel restaurant offers a continental breakfast which I found to be a little overpriced at $8 per person. So instead I would ask for a to-go box, load it up, and it was more than enough to feed all 4 of us. Coffee, hot cocoa and tea was free. As a mom looking for some much needed R&R, this place is THE BEST. One of my favorite features of the property is that it is literally on the same grounds at the Settler’s Green outlet shopping. While my kids swam and hubby lounged, I popped through the pool area fence and walked right into the shops. Amazing! The Fireside restaurant by the hotel was amazing. We ordered there a few times and always had a great meal. If you’re looking for a nice hotel where the kids can play and have a great time, look no further. This place is the best bang for your buck.

What a great stay. The hotel is located within Settler's Green, which has tons of shopping. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool/hot tub. A continental breakfast is currently served to go with fruit, yogurt, pastry and a muffin. We took 3 for our party of 5 and there was plenty to share. There is a fitness center, sauna, small arcade available for guests. The rooms are spacious and have a large tv. Each staff person I interacted with was very helpful and nice. Totally recommend.
