Don’t waste your money here. management just talks over you when you expressing an issue. They charge you $50 for a commons area where the pool wasn’t even open for summer. Water is shut off every other day. The hot water will burn you. My AC was out in the middle of summer for over 2 weeks, had to put in 5 different requests before it was actually fixed. They did not credit me for being put out of my apartment for that period. They charge you close to an extra $80 for litterally nothing. There’s trash EVERYWHERE, not to mention roaches and mice. Seriously, don’t waste your time or money here.

A maximum of two pets per apartment home are allowed and certain breed or other pet restrictions may apply. Yes, all residents of Ridgewood Preserve are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Ridgewood Preserve. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. The Ridgewood Preserve team can answer questions about insurance offerings available through the community.
Applicants at Ridgewood Preserve have the option of adding a Guarantor to their application if they have insufficient credit or insufficient income to qualify on their own. A Guarantor must have income at least six (6) times the monthly market rent with verifiable income and meet set employment and credit history requirements. The Ridgewood Preserve team can answer questions about the application process for adding a guarantor.
To start your application process at Ridgewood Preserve, all parties over the age of 18 planning to live in the home must complete a rental application. All Ridgewood Preserve applicants are subject to approval through a third-party applicant screening service and require: (1) household income verification, (2) rental history verification, (3) credit screening, and (4) criminal history screening. Your screening may require additional information before a determination can be made. If this is the case, you will be contacted via email with instructions on how to proceed. We offer in-person, self-guided, and virtual tours and would love to welcome you for a personal showing at Ridgewood Preserve! All individuals over the age of 18 planning to tour will need to verify their identification through a third-party software link sent by the community prior to the start of your tour. You’ll then be shown our community, amenity spaces, model home, and any vacant move-in ready homes that match your search. During your tour, the Ridgewood Preserve leasing team can answer questions about pricing and availability to match your move in plans.
