This is great place to live. The maintenance staff is excellent and very efficient. When they fix anything it is truly fixed properly. The Leanne manager and staff are very friendly and care about their residents.

I've lived in these apartments for over a year. The grounds are well kept, community is quiet and the apartments are spacious. HOWEVER, THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE!!! the units that don't have garages have to scramble for parking and they refuse to come up with a better parking situation that works for EVERY tenant. I've watched my neighbor park in a random parking spot, while her "assigned" parking spot which she pays $50 extra for monthly, was left empty, inconveniencing other ppl who could have used that spot. Management has been great at addressing any past issues, but when I brought THIS up to them it was brushed off as though it's not a problem or even a concern. 🤷🏾♀️ I guess it's not, when u don't live on the property and don't see the inconvenience of paying $1225 for rent, and NOT HAVING a place to park your vehicle. But whatever,I'm just ONE voice😏🙄

I originally gave this complex a 5 star rating whenever I moved in, because I did genuinely have a good experience. Now living here almost 8 months that has changed. The main thing you are paying for with these apartments is the good location. There’s nothing inside the apartment that is worth the high price. The amenities are pretty much non existent, they have a gym but it’s small and so packed with stuff you can barely walk around. They have a pool, but it has not been open since I moved. They also changed owners, and the apartments on their website has skyrocketed in prices The main office also never answers the phone, and will only do maintenance on the weekdays. I have a leak in my ceiling above my shower, though this could cause serious damage to the apartment, they do not consider this an emergency and will not fix it until Monday (The maintenance guy is awesome though, it’s not his fault) Spend your money elsewhere. These apartments are not the worst, but I wouldn’t recommend them when looking in this area. ***original review**** I just moved here from Houston and had many complications with the move. Tamika (I’m so sorry if that is spelled wrong) was so helpful and accommodating with me! The apartment I’m in is in really good shape and it’s in a great area! No complaints at all.
