You should make a reservation to ensure that the pavilion is reserved for the time you want your guests to be there. See Kevin Vigil's link for the reservation URL.
They use to have but with the pandemic they cancel and you have to do your appointment on line for only one day
You have to check in the city of Hyattsville they advise before each delivery
