I have been going to this place for years, whoever is working the front desk now a days has horrible customer service skills. I have called 4 days asking to get a prescription prescribed to me that my DR said she would prescribe and no one can give me an answer. I also requested to have the manager give me a call and still nothing. It’s weird how I have to take time out my day to ask them to do their job. They don’t mind taking my insurance payments they need to step up their game it’s ridiculous.

The Dr are never on time for anything. I’ve been in a room for 55 minutes. I said I was never coming back here but I did and it’s my fault. The worst service.

Zero stars if I could. They had me booked as an appointment and I came. It was an appointment just so he can tell me about my lab results. I waited almost an hour to see him and he rushed through my results under three minutes tops!! I couldn’t get any questions in, felt as if I was rushed. Left me telling me to get another lab done. I got my labs done somewhere else to have them let me know that I’m all clear!! I paid for my “walk in” that day just for them to hound me for more. I would stay clear from this office and get a different main physician for your needs. Save yourself some time and go to a clinic at Walgreens/CVS instead. Side note- the place is a little run down.
