My friend and I had the opportunity to visit Garden View Baptist Church last Saturday evening for a concert by the Jacksonville Pops Orchestra and the Garden View Baptist Church Choir and were able to have a concert by Karen Peck and New River (a favorite Southern Gospel group) and was well attended. We got to hear such beautiful Christmas music, and also the Gospel was presented in such a beautiful way. This is truly the reason for the season! If you have never heard anything from them, you can go on YouTube and type Karen Peck and New River in the search bar and listen to some of their music.

5:30pm church starts. We're having a Valentine's day banquet on Wednesday at 6pm having Italian food.
