Update 8.27.22- I am so miserable living here. For the first time ever in my life, im having to deal with roaches and the apartment staff is not helpful. They told me that I need to look for holes and cracks in and around the apartment, which is their job?? How is that my responsibility? I've never dealt with roaches before and it's been traumatizing. I'm so grossed out, have trouble sleeping, haven't cooked at home in months, and never want to bring guests over out of fear of embarrassment. Also, poor insulation has resulted in my summer electric bills being about $400 to keep my 1 bedroom apartment at 75 degrees. Management is unresponsive and has an attitude when i reach out for support/assistance. In the year I have lived here, I've had to have my AC repaired twice in addition to the washing machine, garbage disposal, and faucet fixed twice. If I had the money I would break my lease and move anywhere else. PLEASE consider before moving here. This is just one example of how management handles any issues or complaints. I told them in an email that I was locked out of my apartment. The property manager, Bertha, responded to my email almost immediately, and literally didn't acknowledge the issue at all. Still sitting here stranded 60+ minutes later waiting to get into my apartment.... this happens literally all of the time. The apartment itself is decent for the price. The management, however, is evasive, unresponsive, and seriously unhelpful. Highly recommend any other apartment.

The ladies in the front are by far the most professional and compassionate ladies I have ever met. They are so great. Would highly recommend this apartment complex. But. .. you ain't gettin mine. Lol

I signed my paperwork to vacate at the end of my lease today and it was bittersweet. The ONLY reason I’m leaving is because I would like a more modern apartment. Nevertheless, living at Bravo has been very peaceful, no issues with maintenance, the pool, the gym, parking, mail being stolen etc. This is a very nice apartment complex if you’re looking for responsive management, and affordable living without having to settle for the bare minimum. Bri has swiftly helped me since day one with whatever I’m needing but the other leasing staff in the office are a pleasure as well. I literally have no complaints about the complex. I recommend!
