My son’s original doctor was out of town so we were sent to TCCH in the UP building in Vero with Dr. Judith Jagger. We arrived 10 minutes before his appointment to find out there was no medical assistant there and we had to wait until one arrived. The medical assistant took us back and was unprepared and while she was out searching for her equipment the doctor came in, assuming we were ready to begin but had to stop once the MA returned. At the end of the appointment the doctor said she would prescribe my son a medication and send it to his pharmacy. We left there at 9:40 and by 2:00 the pharmacy hadn’t called me so I went there to check on his prescription to find out that it never got sent! My son was home all day sick waiting for a prescription that was never sent to his pharmacist. The MA didn’t even have the decency to call me and explain after she told the pharmacist his prescription was never sent. This was a heartless and unorganized experience. I don’t care how far I have to drive, I will never come here again!

They chastise you when you don't call and cancel REGARDLESS if you have a crushed ankle and fibula. They EXPECT YOU TO STILL CALL REGARDLESS. they yell at you like it's your fault and give you no choice in the matter if you've missed appointments and then when they force you to call everyday because you missed appointments THEY DON'T HAVE THE TIMES YOU NEED AVAILABLE. Instead I had to hear from a SUPERVISOR I should've called and canceled when I was justcoming out from the hospital from my leg being crushed LITERALLY What a FANTASTIC GROUP OF PEOPLE 😏

Dr. Anh Pham is my doctor He’s so kind and so concerned of all my health He asked me and insisted me to have my blood checked, Pap smear, colon test from colo guard ad mammogram I have all done except mammogram All the tests are pleasant I can’t thank you enough to Dr. Pham for being kind and insisting me on having these tests done. Thank you Dr. Pham and all the staff. Rosie

I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars They are the worst dental places I’ve ever been to.They don’t understand what an emergency is been here for a hour and a half for an emergency don’t ever come here
