Nice community with no interference except the terrible train noises!!! Day and night that disturbs my sleep very much. Clean grounds and many services available. I did not discover any gym yet.

I rent the loveliest 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath first floor condo. Living behind McKee Botanist Gardens is pure joy. Being on a fixed budget, These condos offer so many amenities. But, if being social isn't your thing,( which right now it's not mine with the virus) The personal personally are amazing.The beauty of the grounds are incredible with, oak trees, a preserve, and the river breeze plus golf course, shuffle board, woodworking room, art room with kiln and more!! My neighbors are so friendly, but not intrusive. I feel very safe living here. We have very private apartments, With oversized storage on the screen porch and closets. My only drawback is the master bedroom ( which is enormous) has a very tiny bathroom attached. Great economical place for 55+ Picture 3 is McKee Botanical Gardens.

On indoor pool, outdoor pos are heated.
From a quick search it appears they have a deal with Comcast at the moment.
Vista Royale is a 55 plus community and at least one person in each of the units must be of qualified age for Vista Royale to comply with Federal Guidelines. Vista Royale has adopted procedures to meet the requirements of the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, relating to 55 or over housing. You can have a pet. You just need a medical reason for one. But pick up trucks and motorcycles are not allowed
Hurricane shutters are up to you to have installed. I did and if you buy at VR and happen to need shutters or want them I have an amazing man I can recommend.
