Update on my first Review...Correction on the Price increase it wasn't $1500. to move out its more Like $1300. Which I'm cool with...it is what it is...and it is a Beautiful Property, Clean place to live..Michelle the Property Manager is Great.😊

I wanted to give a LOUD shout to the young lady who took me on a tour yesterday. Her name is Keyanna B. and it was her first Saturday working for the property. She was AWESOME. I had just left a horrible experience at Sterling Crest and thought I would check out the property. I almost didn't stop because the outer buildings could use a paint, however, Keyanna made up for it and I'm so glad I returned to look. This internal property is beautiful. Unfortunately, the one bedrooms don't have washer/dryers or connections and the two bedrooms the tenants leased again which again says a lot. I was so disappointed because I was prepared to do the application then. Keyanna is certainly an asset and if not for the w/d issue, I would have applied immediately.

The Oak Chase staff has been efficient, professional, sweet, and welcoming. Christa helped me and made the move-in experience easy! The gated community is well-kept, the management team is communicative and encourages feedback, and the maintenance team is very polite and answers service requests in a timely manner. It has been a great experience so far!

I had a pleasant experience while living at the apartments; however, my deposit was never returned. Payments were always sent on time and the apartment was well kept and left in good condition. Upon leaving the residence, I left my mailing address for my deposit. I contacted the office but no one ever returned my calls. I call that bad customer service if you ask me. Please do better!
