This apartment is disgusting. AC has been broken 2x since I moved in 3 months ago. My apartment is 85° and climbing, and it’s only June. I should have been suspicious when I saw all the window units in the other apartments. There is a serious roach and pantry bug infestation, to the point they are even showing up in the fridge. I have sprayed 2x myself with storebought products on top of the exterminators coming through, but it’s still not enough. And while the cleaning staff does what they can to keep up, the courtyards are overgrown and full of litter most of the time. (Understaffed?) My apartment is turning out to be an expensive storage unit because I hate it here.

ARBOR TERRACE APARTMENTS ARE DISGUSTING!! I DONT RECOMMEND! Walking In:: -Paint Stains Everywhere, A. C. Barely Works, Dirty, Roaches, Fruit Flies, Filthy, Health Hazard- Looking On The Internet You Would Think That It Would Be The Same Walking Into The Apartments In Person. WRONG! The Lady Seemed Nice And All At First Helping Me As This Would Be My First Apartment And I Was Happy. I Didn’t Have A Walkthrough And She Didn’t Even Tell All The Information On The Apartment. Everything Was Covered Up With FAKE Smiles And Stories About Her Personal Life. This Is A Shame That The Lady At The Front Desk Actually Doesn’t Care About The Well-Being Of The Community. The Cleaning Workers Do Their Job Better Than She Does As A Person Who Puts People In Disgusting Roach Infested Homes Who Refuses To Help When Someone Calls For Help. I Called Her One Day And Proceeded To Tell Her That My Apartment Was Roach Infested And She Proceeded To Hang Up On Me. I Called A Second Time And She Then Put Me On Hold And Then Proceeded To Hang Up On Me Again. Then I Went Down To The Office And Spoke To Her Face To Face About My Problem And She Wrote Down My Apartment Number On A List And Told Me That Peat Control Will Come. Two Days Later A Younger Looking Man Came To The Apartment With NOTHING But A Syringe Of Absque And Put Drops Everywhere, Which Did Absolutely Nothing But Increase The Roach Count And Make It Worse. He Proceeded To Tell Me That She Will Be Calling Me In A Few Days Or So And He Left. I Still Have Yet To Receive Any Calls But I WILL BE MOVING AWAY FROM HERE IMMEDIATELY!! Again They Are Unprofessional And DISGUSTING. I Can’t Wait To Leave.

Arbor terrace apartments is a great place to live! Only lived here since February but it has been a great experience! The Workers in the leasing office Karla and Maria are Very Professional And Also Very Understanding! Communication has been a breeze! I Would Definitely RECOMMEND Moving Here !

I've lived here going on 3 years. Since this new management has come on. Every time I complain about something wrong in my apartment, I get attitude from Karla. I pay my rent on time every month. She told me once, if I didn't like it, I can move. They are slow about everything. My apt flooded last night. I called at 7:30pm. The plumber finally got here at 12:30 am. I was ankle deep in what seemed like raw sewage. The office never came by. Called. Checked or anything. I tried to call corporate. Nothing but the run around. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for an apt to look elsewhere. IF THAT WAS AS SOON AS YOU COULD, THAT IS TRULY TRULY SAD.
