Wild crumb used to be such a special spot, but ever since Covid the business made choices to completely remove the charm. The whole front space is now used as a junky office space with lots of clutter, there’s a clonky belt partition to keep folks far away from the other pastry partition and all of the seating has been removed with a forced flow of traffic that is not always natural. Not to mention everything feels dirtier there, especially the floor. You cannot hang out and mingle in the space anymore. It used to be such a ambience of community, but now it’s a rushed experience get in and get out. Since Covid some businesses like Wild Crumb have just becomeso lazy with customer service-they realized it’s easier not to clean up tables and have guests sit in their cafe-and would rather make quick buck with no ambience or work effort to woo people. You go to other cities and bakeries are back open with great vibes, Bozeman lacks this community and culture. Sadly I no longer recommend this place to people-They just don’t stand out anymore. My advice is to open it back up and take better care of your customers.
