Like most reviews on here, MT Opticom is pretty much miserable. Horrible internet service, non existent customer service when dealing with bad internet and then when you go to cancel because of bad internet, you’ll be forced to pay a full year contract no matter what. Save yourself the trouble and go with literally any other another option.

Brand new customer, was an hour and a half late on the install for my wifi, and my wifi still isn’t working. I’ve left 4 voicemails and called 9 times and heard NOTHING BACK. I find this disrespectful and highly unprofessional. Will be talking to a manager

Wow, I hate to say it, but this is the absolute worst internet service provider I have ever worked with or used. No responses for weeks or even months at a time when there is an issue with service, speeds, outages. Zero respect for customers. I would suggest very strongly to choose an alternative to Montana opticom.

Terrible customer service. They are the only provider in my area & it took me two weeks to get ahold of them before I could even get a person on the line to schedule someone to start our service. Then, it took a few extra weeks for them to even come out to start it.
