Family and I visited Texas, Unfortunately our truck was stolen and located at these apartments. We had made a report and called these apartments to see if they could provide us any footage of when our truck arrived there to see who it was. The manager was so rude and had the worst attitude. said they dont have cameras or footage to provide. I see that they don’t care what kinds of residents they have in those apartments.BE CAREFUL with your things !!!! They are okay with having THEIFS living there ..! And they don’t care at all..! KRISTY has a nasty nasty nasty nasty nasty & ugly attitude ..!

My friend and I have been living together here for 6 months now and I do not recommend this place. Rent and prices are pretty good, but if you can afford something else or if you can find a place with a similar price I would. We moved in from out of state without being able to see the place after asking several times. We’ve submitted over 20 maintenance requests in the past 6 months ranging from frequent ant infestations, water leaking, electrical issues, etc. The appliances are EXTREMELY old (our stovetop & oven has not worked properly since the day we moved in despite asking for repairs/a new appliances at least twice a month). Our washer/dryer that we are paying extra for has not worked properly since we moved in. I woke up this morning to our kitchen floor flooded and this is not the first time. The pool was only open for a month of my stay and gym has been closed since we moved in with no update on its reopening. The neighborhood/area however, is nice and the neighbors and people around are also nice. I’ve never had a problem with the staff in terms of attitude or response, they’ve been nice. My apartment just falls apart and something is wrong every week. Maintenance will respond fairly quickly but either they’ll come in without notification that they’re coming, say the situation can’t be fixed (our stove top/oven), or the situation will break again shortly after (a bathroom ceiling caved in from water damage and leaking and started leaking again the day after maintenance left). Again, if you can afford to go somewhere else— do so. I will not be renewing my lease.

The management and maintenance crew of this apartment complex has been extremely timely and responsive to all of my needs. The winter storm of 2021 hit the complex very hard. My apartment alone had 3 pipe breaks. But through it all, I found Maggie (apt mgr) to be extremely professional and honest with all repair assessments and follow through. When she communicated a repair timeline to me, the job was done well, and on time. The staff remained extremely professional and understanding through the entire process. I’d recommend this complex to anyone interested in finding a great place to live. I recently renewed my lease and look forward to my next term at the Laurels of Sendera.

We moved in in November of 2019. I asked repeatedly upon move in and for the 2 months after for the gym equipment to be available. At 1st it was locked then the none of the equipment would turn on. They kept telling me they would tale care of it but they never did. The entire complex has constant water leaks. Fast-forward to quarantine in March, pool is to remain closed as well as the gym eqipment that never worked. We renewed our lease because we are saving for a home. They raise our rent $25, which isn't much but we are paying for amenities we never got so I don't know what they raised our rent for. Now after the 5 day snow storm that shut off power for 2 days in 1° temps and only cold water, with an exception for one day when we had none. 3 days after the snow melting we still have no hot water. When we ask about it threy are rude in their tone and say they don't have any answers for us. Don't move here, our neighbors tell us awful stories too.
