This apartment complex does not include the cost of water in your rent amount. Water, sewage and trash is an added cost. Electric is solely on you.
Not really. Water is done by the apartment, and its added to your monthly rent. The apartment calculates how much the whole building uses and then divides it between the eight apartments in the building. Electricity you have to pay for yourself and set up through an outside source.
