The Wadsworth Mansion at Long Hill

I was contracted to do a job at this location. It was a wedding and I was providing some technical services. So my review comes based on that. I was able to walk the grounds and check out the area. There are hiking trails and gardens, flowers and a lot to see. There is a lot of history here and the signage around the mansion helps explain what each area was used for and its historical significance. The inside of the building is very nice and I can see why many people use it for a wedding. The back area is expansive as well as the large porch in the rear. Overall I found this to be a nice clean facility with much to explore. If you're looking for a place to host an event this would be a good consideration and if you're looking for a place to tour around and walk to the woods and some gardens this also would be a nice time.

Music at the Mansion is amazing - free concert, beautiful venue, and food trucks. I love that they do this free series every summer. You can park at either the elementary school or Mercy High, but the wall from Mercy is much, much shorter.

Went for music at the mansion...weird no people were there...nothing on the website...but it was canceled via a tiny note on the door. Beautiful place...but kinda bummed about waiting in this heat for nothing. Gorgeous place though!!

Fabulous place for a wedding. You have to get a little creative, organized and have fun! My "now" son in law invested and rented outside floor, bistro lights, photo booth and great vendors! You'll spend but the memories will last a lifetime! Our guests text us for two days and also asked for an encore! #ThaliaToTheMax
