One of the worst property manager to work with Mr Israel, he believes in shutting down neighbours and providing baseless arguments or sometimes simply no communication/explanation for declining the requests.From the time he has joined the office I could see the difference in the operations at the property, communication strategy which is beyond worse and moreover non courteous/snobbish behaviour . I enjoyed living in the property last year but I doubt my decision every day of extending the lease. Management to intervene immediately! Israel -Please gather the courteous behaviour from neighbourhood communities to understand the methods of operations. Below is the picture of my patio which we go through living every day here and asking support once a year with cleaning is denied by him. What a courteous property manager!

Poor maintenance. I moved in two weeks ago and already i am noticing spiders all over the gaps of roof and floor. I understand apartments here are close to trees but there is no maintenance of pest control before i move in and apartment already looks infested with spiders all over. Reached out the maintenance team to check on this issue, it seemed like an obvious issue for them and they raised a pest control check up and advised to clean the webs in meanwhile where i can see multiple spiders !!!!!

The community is very vibrant, green and lively. The management team are very helpful and would go above and beyond to cater to your requirements. I would definitely recommend Mansion Grove Apartments for everyone.

We have absolutely loved living here for the past year and a half. During the pandemic, we found the gardens throughout an immediate access to the trail and nature reserve to be our safe havens. All of our service requests were completed very quickly and by the kindest staff. We highly recommend Mansion Grove and are only moving as we are relocating from the area. Otherwise, we would have gladly extended our stay! Be sure to check out the trail to Ulistac when you visit this property - we had the pleasure of facing the trail and listening to the birds from the reserve each morning. Big thanks to Alan and everyone in the leasing/community office who made Mansion Grove a home!
