Maintenance is very responsive, the neighborhood is calm and quiet. Lots of trees. Pet friendly. Good access to San Jose and South Bay. However, I'm not sure if something changed recently. The resident relations isn't being respectful. They've closed the office and are not open to any discussion about lease questions. It's pretty bad that they don't even contact you back. Thought this felt like home until recently. #consideringmoving

If you like loud music and loud parties from neighbors, sign up! It doesn’t get resolved by management. But, if you want a place quiet and respectful, please choose another place. Many residents are very unhappy with cops coming all the time. I saw a couple the other day; crazy! Must be another loud party:( The truth of our experience with Le Parc should anyone be interested. Only move here if you like others neighbors partying loudly! *UPDATE after manager followed up on this feed. Management was not affective and the residents are still louder than ever. Huge drunken parties and music blasting. Le Parc should be ashamed! We regret signing! The same neighbors recklessly drove off in our small 100 foot long parking lot at at night and almost killed several neighbors in the process. This place is not safe for your children or adults!

Terrible complex, the apartment is very cheap. Everything would break or fall apart after being their a few months. I have never had an apartment keep so much of the deposit. They are taking advantage of people. Do not rent here.

I went to check out this apartment community with a friend. This place is so cute. Good size apartments, beautiful pool and gazebo seating area. Located near the mall and many shops and restaurants. The leasing team was phenomenal! Kristina and Hugo made our experience unique to us, which is very much appreciated.
