A lot of construction noise in the area. Not sure where it comes from but it’s constant. The noise starts at 8 am and lasts throughout the day. If you are not a morning person, the sleep is just ruined.

Good community. Loved the Saturday farmers market. The maintenance crew (Pedro and team) were the best among all the apartments we have lived.

We have had a great experience at Park Central in 2020 and 2021. The staff that includes Anthony, Sona, in management/administrative and Pedro in Maintenance have all been very responsive to our requests and needs. The grounds and amenities have been well maintained and communication from Park Central staff has been excellent especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Try to avoid this place if you can. The move-out experience is terrible. The leasing office will NOT send you reminder on time to tell you you need to renew/end your lease. So they have good excuse to ask you to pay extra rent due to your error. This is not the first apartment we live, but other apartments will send you enough reminders to avoid this situation. It's not 100% their fault. But still try to avoid this management. The noise is a problem as well (so many college guys live here), but management they don't care. :(
