WHY WE SHOULD PAY FOR SOMETHING WE NEVER USED??? When we moved out, we forgot to stop the electric service and the electric company sent me bills. I called the electric company, they told me Old Orchard could pay for it if they want. However, when I called Old Orchard, they told me even though they used electricity when we moved out, they don't need to pay that because WE FORGOT TO STOP THE SERVICE. yea, it's our fault that didn't cancel the service, but should we pay for something we never used??? The attitude of the manager is terrible.

We moved to Old Orchard a few months ago and have really enjoyed our time here so far! The grounds are beautiful with lots of amenities and well maintained. There is always staff working on cleaning or fixing something up, just general maintenance. They just finished a bunch of major renovations but other than the general maintenance kind of work that is all done now and the place looks fabulous! The buildings are a little older but obvious effort has been made to update them, I love the layout of the kitchens and the apartment is a nice open layout. The only thing that seems like it's missing is a bike rack inside the gated areas of the complex, and like most apartments there is very little storage space available. Management has been really professional and attentive and super helpful in our move here from a significant distance away!

Girlfriend and I have lived here for almost 6 months now and it has been great! Personally my first time renting an apartment and Victoria and Cristal could not have made the transition any easier for me. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly in our experience and they have gone above and beyond with making sure we are well accommodated. Ex: We got stuck in Tahoe and we called them to check in on our cat and they happily obliged and kept his food and water stocked. Very happy with them and the team.

Trash place to live, utilities are crazy. One month they will be 100$ next will be 200$ bc during that time construction was using the water and trash for our buildings and they were making us pay extra for that. The management is horrible. Dan is clueless, we lived there for 8 months and he didn’t know we had a dog even though we told them when we moved in that he is a esa animal. Victoria isn’t the best either. Everytime I’ve see her she’s followed me around. Example I was walking to the office where the laundry and mail boxes are and she was outside of the building and she walks inside and goes around and walks into the the mailroom from the back area and acts like she’s looking for something but is really just following me like I don’t live there. This has happened multiple times. I don’t recommend living here. They also installed a camera by my porch. Which is weird because it looks like it can see in my place. No other apartment has it just ours. Again don’t move here if you want good management.
