This morning, we had a dead battery issue, used my insurance and Unique towing came within 30 mins. Driver is nice and friendly. Super Super helpful service!!!!

I would just like to start off by saying that from start to finish I had a wonderful experience. I had a travel trailer that had the tongue pulled off when it got stuck in a parking garage. I managed to get it out of the parking garage but was lost from there. The AAA tow truck driver refused to even touch it since “there wasn’t anything for him to secure onto the trailer.” I ended up calling Unique Towing, explained the issue, and immediately Stephen said they would absolutely be able to help with the job. Not just that, but the driver was literally there in 30min just like Stephen said he would be. Driver was named Jose (48), and what a sweetheart he was! Not once did he make me feel bad about the situation (AAA driver said I should just haul the trailer to the dump) and he even agreed to pick up the tongue that had detached to bring with us. Jose (48) hauled my little piece of junk from Menlo Park to Oakland with a smile on his face the entire time. He even maneuvered it into the tiny driveway of my house. Jose (48) was extremely accommodating, kind, understanding, and willing to help in anyway possible. He helped slide wood under the trailer before leaving so that if we needed it towed again, it would make the job easier for the next person. How considerate is that?! I truly hope that he receives so many blessings. Thank you Unique Towing! Highly recommend for specialty towing jobs.

Amazing job when towing the vehicle, a nightmare of customer service for any followup afterwards. Had an accident and PD contacted Unique towing to have my car towed since the ETA for towing offered through my insurance was too long. They arrived in ~20 minutes, and did their service flawlessly. So far, amazing. Two days goes by, and my insurance wants to inspect the vehicle to assess the damages. On the first attempt, United towing does not allow the insurance agent to access the vehicle since they don’t have my consent - makes sense. I contacted Unique towing, and confirmed the list of documents they needed from me to allow the agent to access my vehicle. I send them the documents along with a letter explaining the situation and providing the consent, and asked the agent to visit their lot again for assessment. On the second attempt, they do not allow the agent to access the vehicle again. I contacted their customer service, explained the situation, and asked how we can handle this situation. For one, their customer service staff were extremely rude with no interest in finding a solution. Besides their behavior, the solution they offered was an unreasonable one. They said they would not allow the agent to access the vehicle and perform the assessment in their lot, and would only allow the insurance company to take the vehicle out. This is unreasonable and contradicts the information they provided initially. While their towing service was great, their customer service made the overall experience something I would not recommend to anyone.

Originally scheduled for towing my car to service center as it was not starting up. As it turns out, I hadn't checked battery. Acid leak had corroded terminal a bit. Tow truck guy could get my car started, which I drove to service center. They charged me only for basic assistance and waived off towing charges. Full points for integrity.
