The alley of each floor is very smelly, as no open windows for ventilation. Not recommended.

Good apartments, newly built, supportive on-site management. Sometimes Amazon parcel go missing, but it happened only once in past 6 months.

Update: Finally Ran away from the hell that was #368. This place by far was the worst place I lived in. I can not be happier now that I am out. Keep away from this place. My neighbors is running havoc on top of my head every night. And the management does not do anything since there is no "Right to quiet enjoyment" in the contract. Definitely google "Right to quiet enjoyment" before signing any home contract. Also, I think you should not call the apartments "luxury" if you do not uphold enjoyable life in it. Just saying.

I'd rather pay little more here for a newer apartment than for the other crappy old ones in this area. Having a washer/dryer in the apt is so convenient (& hygienic). Poolside BBQ is very relaxing, makes me forget I'm in silicon valley! Mountain views from our 3rd floor apt is amazing to see in the mornings. Some of the best Korean restaurants are at a walking distance, is a bonus. Good find me thinks!

I've lived here for nearly 5 years with many neighbors but I never hear kids, TVs or music THRU the walls. The main thing I hear are If ppl are talking in the hallway, I can here in thru the front door. Plus I live near a staircase and can hear the door open and close but not loudly to the point that it keeps me up or anything. Otherwise it's a pretty quiet place. I usually wouldn't reply to one of these but as someone who values a quiet environment, I can honestly relate to wanting to know that prior to moving into a new place.
