My friend lives in this complex. It is a beautiful complex, the apartments look bright and cheerful on the inside. If only, there was no noise throughout the day. The apartments have *very* loud ACs, running almost 24/7. There is always some noise or the other in the morning, is grass being mowed, construction nearby, I don't know. Another thing is that the washer and dryer are a bit outdated, not a problem as such though.

Problem of coax cable connection not working was not understood. Terminal changed does not finish the work. Comcast will not fix it, apartment needs to fix wiring.

Emailed staff in morning about water heater, maintenance supervisor Derrick came within the hour to assess and determined I’d need a new water heater. They took care of the major replacement by the afternoon of the same day I submitted request. I was blown away at the speed, sense of urgency, and care provided to me. Truly impressed. I would’ve thought it would be a week before I got it fixed. Thank you! Nantucket community and staff is top notch

I stayed here for 15 months total in a one bed apartment, was on a 12 month lease contract and then did a month to month after that. I enjoyed my stay and left only to upgrade to a 2 bed in another apartment complex, I actually looked in Nantucket first but the apartments were going so fast without people touring the empty units pre signing. I recommend this place, and most importantly the friendly and professional staff.
