I got approved for a two bedroom here for 1300 I was excited for months and months they just been collecting all my personal information bank statements everything… one day they called and say you can take the 1 bedroom for 1700 I deny it still I submit more documents they asked for to get approved for the two bedroom . Then they automatically denied my application after 6 months giving them everything they never gave a good explanation on why all he said was I made 60,000 with my job and I honestly didn’t . And I still try to email them I was being ignored very unprofessional and Till this day I am not satisfied with how they handled my application

Door man literally opens the door for anybody. No security at all. Otherwise, i love the building. Safety is priority . None of my guests are questioned by the doorman. Id like to atleast be notified by the intercom provided by the building.

I’ve been living here for 3 months now and it’s a beautiful building, the maintenance staff is always on top of things and management is pretty responsive. With that being said,I can foresee this building going downhill in the near future.I live in the mid rise building, and a lot of the residents are very sketchy. Not to mention the rude bonnet bandits (shelter girls)who have absolutely no appreciation for living a nice building deliberately allow their children to a mess in the common areas. Some of the residents also love leaving the trash room an absolute mess by throwing open bags of trash on the floor, instead of neatly leaving on the floor if it happens to not fit in down the chute. I expect we will have roaches pretty soon. Some of the residents also live stealing packages. Also,I dislike all the fees that are associated with with using Clickpay to pay rent and electricity. The rules for moving in furniture are just ridiculous,no package room is available for the mid rise building and we don’t have a security guard.Otherwise, all is well.

I went on a tour at this property today. I was VERY disappointed. Showing agent was amazing!! However this building is not going to be able to thrive. There were a ton of kids running through the halls. Literally tearing the place up. The smell on some of the floors were insane. I had my niece with me and she used her shirt to cover her nose. The type of people hanging around the building made me feel unsafe. I wont be renting here. The apartment it self was nice, I just feel bad for the owners as they are going to have many headaches to deal with.
