Highly recommend this complex. Liz, Laura and Eric handled a extremely difficult situation for me. They went above and beyond. The maintenance staff Isreal and his team always accommodated my request no matter how small. I really appreciate this since so many companies are getting away from this customer service model.

This place has been great. Its close to me work and close to stores when I need to go to. The maintenance has been fast at getting my request done. Cant complain here.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment, had a lot of negative experiences around the time I left. There are multiple other apartment complexes around that you can choose. Couple of reasons I can give. 1. Apartments are old and most of the cabinets are old and rusty. If you are moving into a renovated apartment, then this point could be ignored. 2. Parking is a pain, you always have issues with finding a slot, never had this problem in previous apartments. 3. Both Leasing office and maintenance staff are not very responsive. It is a hit or a miss and there have been situations where we had an emergency and did not get help until 3 days after. Also while buying a home we got complaints from the mortgage lender that they were just not able to get hold of the leasing office to get some documents etc , this is something we have seen on our side as well. 4. A month before leaving , I requested them to stop billing for my covered parking spot from October, there was some confusion on the exact date the lease ended , instead of leaving a notice on my car saying your parking lease has ended and we will tow your car, they ended up towing my car with no notice, this happened to be at a time we had just one car at our disposal and were running late to the day care. Needless to say we had horrible nightmare which ended with my wife and kid being stranded outside the daycare at night for an hour before help arrived and i on the other hand ended up paying $500 to get back my car for getting towed. Best part is they were very rude and to this day do not accept the mistake they made. There was zero empathy on the side of the leasing office representative. 5. Also a rip-off when it comes to final inspection. The apartment needed some work after left due to a lot of wall fixtures. I had no problem paying it but there were charges that surprised me which I had to call them and get it removed because I was specifically told I would not be charged for those but still saw those charges. I hope incoming residents look at this review and make up their mind on whether this would work for them or not.

I'm not one to write reviews but after the experience I just had, I really needed to share my experience and thank Estancia apartments. I was scheduled to move into an apartment at another community down the street but when I arrived to pick up the key, the apartment was in horrible condition and I just could not move into an apartment in that condition. I literally had a moving truck there ready to move in and had to quickly move and find a new home. The community did offer me a different apartment but at the experience I had, I decided it wasn't worth it. I drove down the street to Estancia apartments which I had visited before and was in desperate need of a home that was ready to move in ASAP. Damian was extremely helpful and found me an apartment that was ready to move in the 2 days later. I quickly finished up the application and had a new home! Thank you again Estancia for everything. You can't believe how stressful this entire situation was for me but I am very happy with the end result.
