I was only there because there was a nail in my tire, and I have the free tire repair for life, so there wasn't any kind of inspection, just in and out. The showroom was nice and clean, and everyone was friendly and polite. Dustin was very helpful and informative. I will definitely be back. :-)

I went to this Tire Choice location because I had a flat on a run flat tire and I didn't have a spare. Tim at the front desk greeted me in a nice, calm manner, took all of my information and gave me an estimated time when they could take care of me. Jimmy pulled my car in checked it out and was very patient with me and all of my questions. He assessed the condition of the tire and gave his recommendation. I felt comfortable with his assessment and Tim's recommendation. They were the most patient and informative store employees I've ever met. I ordered a tire that was not delivered by UPS when promised. Dustin, the store manager at Tire Choice did every thing that he could think of to accommodate and meet my impatience and disappointment. He searched for another tire, and made suggestions for temporary fixes until a permanent fix was available. I've never seen any thing like it. Dustin was fantastic. The tire that I ordered finally showed up. Dustin stayed after store hours to replace and balance my new tire and get my car back to me. The entire crew at Tire Choice provided customer service that is rare these days. I'll definitely be going to Tire Choice for all of my car needs. I highly recommend this location. They are the best ever!
