Consistently a horrible grocery experience. Empty shelves, long lines and no mgmt to be found. Never seem to have the same experience with Kroger in Little Elm or Prosper. UPDATED…. Shocked how filthy the bathrooms were, I took pics 2 months ago (May 21, 2022). Used the restroom again today (July 23,2022) still filthy but I couldn’t believe the same trash was on the floor from May 21, 2022. Spoke to mgr, he didn’t care and blamed it on poor employees. 😳 #Kroger #krogergrocery #krogersucks #krogerfilthy #canwaitforHEB

Only one or two lane open if you are lucky. It's a big and nice store but not enough people to run. Better go to Market Street that's only 12 minutes away or less. Y'all can thank me later .

I look forward to another grocery option. Store is fine, however the reliance on the self checkout is too much. Busy Sunday, only 2 checkout lines open, and self checkout lines extending deep into the isle. Last week I was here and 5 self checkouts had flashing lights, no one there. 3 people just left.

Unfortunately , the check-out here is terrible. Never enough lines open. Usually a handful of checkers. If any, literally. You may wait in a line just to have it close on you. Then you have to wait in another line to self check your whole basket yourself bc there are no cashier lines open. Do yourself a favor and drive to Kroger on Preston road. You may even get your groceries bagged by someone there. This store needs a serious management overhaul. ImCan’t wait for another store in the area to open.
