Been to this location 2 times and both times took forever for my order. In addition to how long it took, I did not even get my correct order which has prompted this review. I think I will find another location moving forward.

Tips for management and tips for customers below. Tips for customers: "ITS IN THE BAG" - Dont believe the staff when they tell you that your side items such as sauces, straws or napkins are "in the bag". They lie. They tell you that not even knowing if it's "in the bag" or not. Their intention is to just get you out of the line & get to the next person. If all you need is a side of pickles, a straw or something simple then they ask you to pull up and wait while you're in the drive through, tell them that you don't want to pull up. It's not going to take them long to bring it to you at the drive through window... But once you're out of the line, it WILL take them a lot longer to bring it to you if you pull up to the front like they asked. 👍😁 Even though the food is inexpensive, you're a paying customer and deserve quality service. If we don't all hold these places to a certain standard, they will get worse. Tip to management: train the staff to get the side items "in the bag" and complete the order without requesting them to drive forward and someone will come outside. It's a side item dude, it's a straw, it's a side of pickles, it's just a side of BBq sauce.... Not an entire meal. You'll save everyone time (even your staff) Doing this will teach your team how to stay organized and you'll build your team to be more productive in the end.

EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not once has my order ever been right at this McDonalds. It's always something. Example: see attachment for moldy bun. 😒😒😒
