I checked in online. It was showing more than 68 minutes. I got txt message at 1:51 PM. I reached in Great clips around 2 PM. My name was not displaying in screen. I explained the situation to the lady and waited 15 more minutes. They keep calling other and not prioritize my haircut. I left Great Clips. Worst customer services.

Hope is hands down is the best haircut / hair dresser in the area. The ppl giving the negative reviews I read are just upset because they did make an appointment or could not get an appointment with her. When your as good as she is! This happens. Sad how adults act like children when they don't get there way!

Hope was great. Professional and polite. Did a great job on my haircut. I would recommend anyone of the employees. As I waited for my appointment I noticed they all gave amazing haircuts. Thank you again Holly I will see you in a few weeks.

We have been using Great Clips at Windsong Ranch since it opened about 4 years ago. Hope does a great job ever time. We appreciate her skill with pleasing the customer with a great haircut. The salon is always clean and love being able to sign in ahead of time.
