I live in Windsong Ranch and this place is 2 minutes away so I thought it would be OK. They are nothing but crooks. I have my car serviced and they start out to with the scare tactics. The said that you have a transmission fluid leak and that is serious. "We recommend you fix this ASAP. " is what I was told. I just sensed something was amiss and told them to wrap up the car's oil change and I would deal with that later. I took it to someone who is has been servicing my cars for a LONG time. I even drive 35 minutes just so I can have them take care of my cars. Allen Automotive on Nash Ave in Allen. They put the car up on the lift and go over it repeatedly. NO transmission fluid leak, no oil leaks, no leaks PERIOD. Heath over at Allen Automotive Care told me that Mercedes is not perfect but that they leak so little it is almost a miracle. By the way.... the looked all over the car for leaks and they did not charge me a dollar for it. Compare that to our friends at Valvoline who want to charge big money to drop a transmission pan and refill it for a few hundred dollars when there is NOTHING wrong......... Bottom line.... this Valvoline store is out there screwing people.

I called to get a quote for Fuel filter changes on my 2019 Ram 2500 Diesel truck. I had researched online how to do it myself but it was not worth the hassle. I was told they had the parts. Drove to the location, waited in line and agreed to have the service done. Russell remembered the call and said they had the parts in stock. I don't know why but I had a feeling they don't do many of my type of trucks so I reminded the agent that it has two fuel filters, one in the back and one in the front. She said my truck only has one. I googled it and showed them on my phone that is has two. 5 minutes later they advised they didn't have the second fuel filter. I called the store again to talk to a manager (Jordan). I remember seeing him there while all this was happening, I asked him why didn't he come over and acknowledge the situation, he said he wasn't 100% sure what was happening. He apologized and advised it was embarrassing and that he would have a talk with his team. Previous to this truck I had all my oil changes on my old car done at Valvoline.

Yesterday, I had a very poor customer service experience at the Prosper, TX location for the first time. I visited for a routine inspection, and upon pulling in, no one greeted me or asked me how they could assist. I was the only customer in the driveway, which made it very awkward. All three employees (Devin, Jordan and one other) looked at me and put their heads down as they continued to work on their vehicles. A few minutes later, they closed all three bay doors and never came out to explain why. I was so shocked that I called their office. A kind lady greeted me. I told her the situation, and suddenly, someone finally came out to acknowledge me. I immediately asked for a manager and spoke with Lorenzo. I was prepared to leave so I could try another location. However, he offered to pay for my inspection since I had a poor customer experience. An employee named Jordan inspected my vehicle and had an attitude the entire time. He never apologized for ignoring me when I pulled in for service. Not to my surprise, he FAILED my inspection, claiming my threads were too low and I needed to purchase brand new tires on a relatively new vehicle with only 14K miles (NO WAY). I thanked him for his time and went to another inspector only to PASS. There was no mention of anything wrong with my vehicle. Hopefully the employees will receive coaching to ensure all customers are greeted in a timely manner and serviced with respect.

The entire staff was very kind and helpful. I got into a bay within minutes. They took car of everything while I stayed in the car. Max was especially helpful. I will be coming here from now on for all of my future car maintenance.
