I used to really like this place.. However, the staff almost force you into their membership.. if the quality of the actual car wash was actually good I might have considered it. I went to get it washed and a staff member kept trying to get me to get a membership, after I had said no and that I had lost my job he just smiled and then put a membership sticker on my car. Will not return.

Update: Since the new management has taken over a few months back, things have been in decline. The spigots inside don't have the same pressure they once had, some of the soap sprayers don't even reach my truck anymore and today the last rinse sprayer on the left wasn't even getting my window. It started out great, but has been nothing but disappointing lately. Today I didn't even get my grill or windshield brushed and ended up with bugs still on the truck. I keep thinking it's just the change over, but it isn't getting better, it is only getting worse. If I don't see change soon, I'll be canceling and looking elsewhere. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down, that's not a good combo. Original Review: Good system, will be updating to their unlimited washes later today. The $10 wash is $19/mo, so it is worth a shot. Super friendly staff, nice facility, and good vacuums. I haven't tried their higher priced washes, but can attest the $10 wash does a good job on the wheels, rims, and truck. I would suggest, if you have a full size truck, pull your mirrors in.

This has been my go-to wash since it opened. There was a recent change in ownership with a price hike, but they went to towel drying and hand application of tire dressing, both of which give better results than their automated predecessors. During my last visit, I chose the next to highest level exterior wash, pulled around to the towel dry area and was immediately told by the lone attendant, "Sorry, sir, I can't dry your truck or dress the tires. I'm the only one here." He then walked away. I called the number listed for this business and got a lady who identified herself as the director of operations for this location's parent company. She expressed incredulity at me being turned away, was intensely apologetic and left the call promising to have the area manager contact me for a refund or re-wash. Her parting line was, "We just don't do business that way." Spoiler alert: They DO do business that way. I never heard from her or anyone else, which indicates they're completely fine charging for services they refuse to deliver.

I come here every once and a while to get my car cleaned and vacuum it with the free vacuums. Never had a bad experience. Employees are friendly and give you a rag and a car freshener which is my favorite part because most don’t. Car membership packages are affordable , I canceled mine because I don’t go often but otherwise its a great establishment.
