I purchased a home here in August. The sales and design team are top notch. Do your research, upgrades can get pricey but be smart about it and it really isn't. You will be beyond happy as my wife and I are. We shopped around for almost 2 years and knew right away this was the spot!!! When complete this place is going to be so perfect!!! Ask for Elena or Andrei. UPDATE!! Started construction early, with no extra cost to me! Dennis is my construction manager and he is keeping me up to date on everything. Couldn't be happier!! Update 2! These guys are the absolute best. Dennis is a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable about the whole process. He has helped my wife and I with questions about anything we ask with pleasure. GL definitely has amazing staff and we’re even more excited about getting in our new house. Besides the fact that every time we go to check out the progress we end up making new friends that welcome us to check out their houses and have nothing but great things to say about the community and HOA Thank you so much Valencia Trails/GL Homes for making our dreams come true!!!!!

Valencia Trails is a beautiful community. We cannot wait for our house to finish being built. If you stop in to tour this amazing place ask for Andre he will be happy to answer any questions and help you understand how the community will be when completed.
Hi Julie, the temporary fitness/lifestyle center is now open. They also just opened the racket center and dog park. There is already a dinner planned soon and other activies are in the works. I'm sure there will be many more activites coming up.
The temporary gym, lifestyle center, tennis, pickleball and dog park are now open. The mainclubhouse is schedule to be open in the 1st quarter of 2023.
The fastest beach to get to is Vanderbilt Beach or Wiggins pass beach. Once the Vanderbilt beach road extension is complete there will be a southern entrance to Valencia Trails. You would be looking at a 20 minute drive to the beach. Right now it's more like 25 without traffic, however Immokalee Rd traffic is heavy a certain times of the day.
Things are getting back to normal. From contract to closing is now 10-12 months and possibly faster depending on which street you choose. The option selection and permitting process and vary but once construction starts it consistently takes about 8 months to build.
