Are any homes currently occupied? And was is the timeframe for most homes to be built? I had heard there is a long delay in getting houses built.

Things are getting back to normal. From contract to closing is now 10-12 months and possibly faster depending on which street you choose. The option selection and permitting process and vary but once construction starts it consistently takes about 8 months to build.

Homes are currently occupied. GL Homes has a pretty good reputation for building homes in short order. Usually in less than 6 months start to finish. Material shortages can cause delays though. Looks like there are about 50 homes under construction now. Some are on order, some are spec homes for future sales.
