The fastest beach to get to is Vanderbilt Beach or Wiggins pass beach. Once the Vanderbilt beach road extension is complete there will be a southern entrance to Valencia Trails. You would be looking at a 20 minute drive to the beach. Right now it's more like 25 without traffic, however Immokalee Rd traffic is heavy a certain times of the day.
Bout a good 30 min to the beach. 5o min to 3rd and 5th where the actual wealthy people live.
