Friendly, clean and honestly the best ever pedicure. Treated my boyfriend to a couples treat too. I will be a faithful client. And I highly recommend this Nail Salon.

Goodbye Nails is what the name of this place should be! I came in for a pedicure and received horrible service. I tried asking a question about color, but no one seemed interested or available. Next I sat down for my subpar pedicure by "Tony". Tony who did not ask how I like the water (important part since I have ezcema), and who did not ask how I want my nails shaped. When I told him how I wanted them shaped, he seemed puzzled. Oh, right he could not understand me. His translator relayed the message. Great, now onto cuticles. I asked why he barely removed any cuticles when I normally have a lot. Again, got the puzzled look. Now a new translator who seemed to be in charge came over. I asked him the same question, because it didn't seem right. He advised me that I should sit back and relax and let him do his job. I said, "Well, I have a question about it". I was then told, "You ask too many questions". I was shocked and told him it was one question and I had the right to ask questions if I wanted to. He then told me that if I was not happy that I can go to someone else. I assumed he meant someone else in the salon. But, he actually clarified for me to go SOMEWHERE else. So, I picked up my things and left. My nails were horribly filed and shaped as well. This was the worst nail salon and service I have ever received in my life and I have been to quite a lot of places in my life. These people don't care about service, etiquette, or your nails, and apparently expect you to sit back in silence like a good little girl and not ask questions about your own nail service that you are paying for. You don't have the right to treat people this way. So, Goodbye Hello Nails. I will never be back! And if you don't believe me, scroll down to the responses from the owner to any negative comment. That same nasty attitude you see in the responses, is the same one you will get in the salon. I always like to look at how owners respond to negative comments, because it says a lot. So, spare me your response where you blame me the customer and take no responsibility for your actions, which seems to be the operational guidelines of this salon. This was my first time here and your attitude and customer service is UNACCEPTABLE, PERIOD.

They squeezed me in real fast on a walk in for a nexgen manicure. In and out pretty quick and the work was top notch better than other places in the area

I love Hello Nail Spa. Since 2018, I have enjoyed their services. Owners, Connie and Jayden keep the place sparkling clean. Their level of sanitation is stellar. Though I now live 25 minutes away, I gladly make the drive to see my nail tech, Vickie. She is wonderful. All the nail techs their are great and give special attention to detail. It’s always good to call and make an appointment in busier days. Highly recommend!

How long would you wait for if you didn't have a reservation? Also, how do you make a reservation?

Anywhere from 5-30 minutes without a reservation depending on what you want done and if you're requesting anyone in particular. Mostly the wait is determined by how busy they are. They're usually quite quick to serve and do a very good job at giving a beautiful manicure
