The owner was so kind and very helpful. I loved how they actually spend time with their animals. It’s also family oriented which made it very nice and comfortable. I love my little hedgehog (which we named popcorn because he looks like a popcorn jellybean) she allowed me to hold them to see who I felt more fit with and was very knowledgeable when it came to information. ❤️❤️ Would definitely go back again! 😊

My brother in law and I bought cockatiels yesterday and we had nothing less than a pleasant experience. The birds are well taken care of and not released to their owners until they are fully weaned from being hand fed. We were happy to support a small business.

We bought a sugar glider from this place on Saturday May 21. He was very tiny and I was quite surprised at how small he actually was. After we got home with him, we called the next day and asked how old he was. We were told by Kathy that he was 8-12 weeks old. Come to find out he is actually 2 weeks old(out of pouch). So because we were told incorrect information, we had been feeding him wrong and he wasn’t getting milk substitute like he should have. I called today to confront this woman and she kept saying I was a liar and everyone who told me anything that goes against what she said is a liar. Well maybe you’re the liar Kathy. Maybe you just wanted to sell him so bad that you ignored the details that you should have been paying attention to. I will never buy from there again and I suggest all of you do the same. As a response to the comment on this post. You need not worry about the sugar glider, he is in capable and good hands. He is also thriving, no thanks to you. Don’t worry about selling us anything, we wouldn’t go back to you if we were held at gunpoint to do so. If you were so concerned with the health and well being of the sugar glider, maybe give accurate info next time. Plus, there is no such thing as a miniature sugar glider as you stated. He was too young and should have still been on milk substitute after being taken from his mother. We’ll take it from here.

Hi Yin Kyi, We have babies that are being weaned as we speak! However, we will continue to keep them off premises until they are ready to leave their parents. We check them daily, and weight them, so as of tonight 1/2/2019, they are not ready to leave their parents yet... we are hoping they will be ready by 1/5 or 1/6. At that time, we will bring them in the store to be sold! I'm not even sure of their sex yet because it upsets their parents each time we handle them. (That's why they are kept off premises) Sugargliders are marsupials; (exotic pets) and must be handled very carefully not to upset parents/and joeys.We at BRAVO! Pets, take the utmost care in breeding them. It takes a lot of patience, but we believe the best pets are worth waiting for! Happy New Year!!!!
