I seldom need to go to the post office as I buy my stamps at Costco but when I go to this location I am always impressed by all of the staff . I see hard working folks , using good team work . My only complaint would be the long wait in line < 15 mins at times . This tells me there is a need for more staff at a few more windows . I’ve tried to figure out when they are less busy but have found its always busy . Thank you to the postal workers at Royal Palm beach location .

Happy with the people at the counter

I tried to file a complaint concerning the mailman destroying my mailbox and the phone is never answered, it rings and then hangs up on you - pathetic.
Heeler Pack
This post office is a joke. No one working here can ever bother to answer the phone. The people at the counter lack customer service skills. This place is horrible!!! And I might also add the time I had a ring shipped to me, tracking showed it delivered, but never received it in my PO Box at this location. Filed a complaint and there was not a darn thing done about it and never received any kind of call backs about this incident. Pretty sad when you can't even trust a government agency to not steal your stuff!!!

Whenever you set the date for it
I believe the plaza is called the Village Shopped of Royal Palm Beach (33411), the post office is located in the back, large store chains in the plaza are Bealls and Burlington. Hope that helps!
No, not on Christmas.
My guess, can't get help, or employees can't or don't want to return. Incidentally I was in the post office last Friday, royal palm, 3 employees behind counter and 1 came out to service other counter.
Yes
My advice is to speak with another branch and explain your situation. I've been able to resolve my situation through a separate Branch before, and when it didn't get resolved they escalated the issue and I was contacted within 24 hours.
They can check the price before shipping. You will need to take boxes in for a quote as nd they are very helpful and will tell you the cheapest way to send ans when they will arrive ect
Form DS-11. Proof of U.S. citizenship (such as a birth or naturalization certificate) Government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or military ID) Color passport photo. Fee payment (check or money order)
Go to poboxes.usps.com There you can apply, renew, pay, close & transfer a USPS PO box.
Yes
They do have a passport office....but i would not expect the service to be great. They may surprise you though....good luck.
You have to make an appointment
If you have a NDCBU ( centrally located metal bank of maiboxes) they will replace the whole lock. If you cannot empty your mailbox, they will put mail on "HOLD FOR ORDER" for its safety. If you CAN get inside your mailbox, but only have one key, replace the lock yourself. Home Depot or Lowes have them $5. It is ridiculous to think that they keep "spare" keys to every mailbox in the country
