My old chargers were charging couple of phones at our home except my phone , So I assumed there is a problem with my phone. I went to Onsite Wireless at Prosper , he quickly looked through my phone and suggested to get a brand new charger after checking through all his charger. He didn't charge me anything. Now What ?? My phone is charging with my new charger. I know this is little weird , I'm happy that my phone is working now. I strongly recommend him for your phone service because he is very reasonable and honest.

I was convinced my iPhone was broken for good. Which wasn’t that big of a deal- but I was devastated to lose all of my pictures of my kids. I brought my iPhone to on site wireless in Prosper and he was able to access my pictures! My phone was stuck in a reboot and wouldn’t even turn on. It was complete in just a day. I am so thankful we found On Site Wireless. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Everyone had told me there was no hope since my phone wouldn’t even turn on. If you’re in need of any phone repair I highly suggest On Site Wirless in Prosper.

The screen of my phone Samsung ( Popular in Asian countries )was broken .I was initially told that that in US these cannot be fixed . Mike reached out to me and after taking the model number etc of the phone he sent me the details walking me through the process of hard resetting. My phone is functional , without having to pay him a single dime . He has been very prompt and very helpful and I can vouch that he doesn’t fool you .I wish him the very best . I can sure treat him to a box of doughnuts .

I would call them directly but I think that is going to be an Apple issue for them to fix.
I've used Onsite Wireless a number of times for repairs to my iPhone screen. They are super quick (10-15 mins) to repair a screen and the quality of their repairs are great. Walk-ins are fine however I'd recommend to calling ahead to check parts availability. In my case I requested an OEM screen (rather than aftermarket) which needed to be ordered in. Their communication was good too, they called me the following day to say it'd arrived and I could drop-in anytime for the repair work.
