Terry, at The Hot Tub Store, was extremely easy to work with, as was all the Staff at the store!! Professional, Understanding, and just a true sense of Caring!! He got me through the 12 month wait, thanks to Covid, it took to finally have the pool installed!! Give that Man a Raise!!

My experience with purchasing a hot tub with the Santa Rosa store was easy, efficient, responsive and helpful from start to finish. I appreciated how thorough they were about each step in the process and kept me informed along the way. Providing a training session on how to test and make adjustments to the spa water was very helpful and a very smart step for them to include in their process. We just recently purchased the Hot Springs Flair from Terry Rich at the Santa Rosa store. And it was a far better experience than I ever would have expected. We were not quite sure which hot tub we wanted, but after wet testing a couple other models (also a great experience), we decided the Flair was for us. Fortunately they had one in stock and they gave us a great deal on it! We were able to get it quickly delivered which went well too. There were two minor issues, one with the cover and a small leak from an air valve. The very next day they replaced the cover and the next day the leak was fixed too! Exceptional service all the way around!!! Terry’s co-worker Scott was also a pleasure to deal with during our water treatment appointment. Both are extremely knowledgeable and professional!!! I cannot recommend them enough if you’re in the market for a great hot tub!! And the hot tub is amazing, this coming from a lifetime hot tub user.. Hot Springs tubs are amazing!!

It’s called The Hot Tub Store, but the product really should be seen as hydrotherapy. I use mine everyday and I feel it has greatly improved my quality of life and physical health. One of the best investments we have made. I have experienced excellent customer service and Hot Springs Spas are top notch in quality.
