I’ve been here three times this week and yes these guys are busy! Even made an honest mistake and ordered the wrong tires for me. No big deal and everyone was super understanding. However every time I was there I’ve gotten to listen to Jesus argue with customers and tell them all the things he can’t do for them. It was very frustrating for the customers that got stuck with him as he just seemed to make every transaction more complicated than it needed to be.

Have been my go-to spot for tires for years now. The customer service and genuine care for the customer is unmatched. After moving here almost a decade ago, (and not knowing where in the world to get anything done), they have patched, plugged, and repaired my tires multiple times at no charge, Even w/ the fact that (at that time), I had never purchased tires, etc. from them. More recently, I needed to purchase tires and hunted online for the best deal I could find, and when I came into Americas Tire at this location, they offered to match any price I found anywhere else. (Although I found it very difficult to even find a price that in fact DOES beat their great prices). But either way, I have nothing but positive things to say about this location, their product selection/pricing, attention to detail, AMAZING customer service and thoughtful recommendations while never being “pushy”, and the genuine Kindness speaks volumes. Simply a great place! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great place to buy tires. I've always purchased my tires from American and I've always enjoyed the kind and sweet service that I received from the people that work there. Went to get my tires rotated and they even cleaned them. Nice job guys!

This Saturday morning I arrived at America's Tire a few moments before they opened to get my two front tires replaced. One was running on fix a flat, the other had to have inflated to the PSI range. I was second in line. When I told the young man who greeted me what I needed, he found a set comparable to the ones I had a a very good price! So, from the time I arrived and the time I left, it was only twenty minutes. This wasn't the first time they have helped me in such a wonderful manner. The first time was when I needed to get to a city that was seventy five miles away and I knew the tires were coming to the end of their lifespans. . I drove up to the shop and explained my plight. The ones they installed were very inexpensive but handled the road wonderfully! Awesome!!!
