Big O Tires

I find this Big O tire shop to be courteous and efficient. They make appointments, unlike some other Big O shops in the county, and they don't try to push unnecessary repairs. I find them to be a refreshing change.

Great receptionist, super helpful and kind people. Monica, helped me locate my tire. The company that made my tire said they didn't make them anymore and they didn't carry them in their inventory anymore and said they didn't make my type of tire anymore and couldn't help me. But thanks to Monica she looked at 8 different stores trying to find my tire and she found it and was able to book my appointment right away. They even filled up my tire and once I went to my appointment I was probably there for no more than 15 minutes.

Excellent service and very quick turn around time. Went in to have a couple tires replaced and they discovered my wheel was cracked in half. A very dangerous situation. They were able to get a new wheel ordered to exact match and delivered the vehicle back to me less than 24 hours later. That’s about as impressive of a tire and wheel service that you can ever expect. Kudos to Monica who was on top of it all!
